Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to design and build integrations, reports, and calculated fields across HCM and Financial modules. You’ll work at the core of enterprise HR and finance systems, translating complex business requirements into reliable Workday solutions.

You will design, develop, and maintain integrations, reports, and configurations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software or enterprise platform development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB integrations.
• Proficiency in building custom reports and calculated fields in Workday.
• Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financial modules.
• Familiarity with data transformation concepts and integration patterns.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.
• Build and optimize custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards within Workday HCM and Financial modules.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Apply best practices in Workday development to maintain scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in testing and deployment cycles, validating integrations and reports meet business needs.
