Job summary

Deloitte in Manila is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy integrations across the enterprise landscape. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Workday Integration certification, a relevant degree, and 2+ years in Workday integration development, with proficiency in Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Active Workday Integration certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday integration development.
• Proficient in Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transformation and other foundational Workday integration tools.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio and Orchestrate is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of web services, JSON XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support and expertise.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations to meet evolving business needs.
• Document integration processes and provide training to end-users.
