Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Workday Professional in Manila to lead and deliver complex Workday projects across Planning, Design, Testing and Deployment stages. You will own and drive small to large deliverables, coordinate with teams, and respond to client requirements with considered solutions.

The role requires 6+ years of Workday hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Workday certification in one or more HCM modules is required or currently active
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4-year degree; master’s degree preferred but not mandatory
• 6+ years of relevant Workday hands-on experience
• Minimum of 3+ years across Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking domains
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills; client-facing experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams

Requirements

• Previous or active Workday certification in one or more HCM modules
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4-year, master’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
• 6+ years of relevant Workday hand-on experience
• Minimum of 3+ years across Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking domains
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while not losing focus on quality
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
• Previous configuration experience preferred, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization
• Proven consultative skills to guide clients and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner
• Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent changes
• Exhibits problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting issues and escalates as appropriate
• Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction
• Proven experience, demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas by leveraging available training and Workday documentation
• Experience defining global HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Prior experience in related HRMS (e.g. Oracle, Peoplesoft) in delivery or AMS/post-production support capacity is an added advantage
