Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant in Metro Manila. You will lead full-lifecycle Workday implementations, specializing in Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll, in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation across full lifecycle.
• 2+ end-to-end Workday deployments focusing on Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.
• Granular Workday tenant configuration: time entry templates, calculation groups, schedules, and validation rules.
• Experience with accruals, time-off plans, balance adjustments, and leave policies.
• Experience with payroll interfaces and time-to-payroll calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations for Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.
• Translate business needs into Workday designs and configurations.
• Configure time tracking logic, overtime rules, premium pay, and schedules.
• Set up multi-jurisdictional leave types and accrual plans.
• Configure integration parameters between Time & Absence and Payroll systems.
• Lead architecture, design, build, testing, data conversion, cutover, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, and Integrations teams.
• Identify risks and guide solution design reviews.
• Provide client advisory on Workday best practices.
• Prepare functional specs, test scripts, cutover plans, and enablement materials.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant with deep implementation expertise across Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll. In this client-facing role, you will lead full-lifecycle implementations—from functional discovery and system configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization. The ideal candidate brings a background from a management consulting firm or Workday deployment partner, with a proven track record of solving complex workforce management and compliance challenges for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations across Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll integration streams for enterprise clients.

• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into robust Workday functional designs, business process definitions, and system configurations.

• Configure specialized Time Tracking and Absence logic, including complex time calculations, overtime rules, premium pay, and work schedules.

• Configure multi-jurisdictional leave types, accrual plans, carry-over rules, and period schedules.

• Configure integration parameters bridging Workday Time & Absence with internal/external Payroll systems.

• Lead end-to-end implementation phases: architecture, design, tenant build, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), data conversion, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, Integrations) to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.

• Identify operational risks, lead solution design reviews, and resolve tenant configuration issues.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholder groups, guiding client teams through industry best practices and standard Workday capabilities.

• Author and review functional specifications, testing scripts, cutover plans, and end-user enablement materials.

About you

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation experience across full lifecycle projects.

• Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience (at least 2+ end-to-end projects) specifically focused on Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll.

• Granular experience in Workday tenant configuration covering time entry templates, time calculation groups, period schedules, and validation rules.

• Experience with accrual plans, time-off plans, balance adjustments, and leave of absence policies.

• Experience with Payroll integration interfaces (Payroll Input/Output) and time-to-payroll calculations.
