Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Workday Professional in Manila to lead and deliver complex Workday projects across Planning, Design, Testing and Deployment stages. You will own and drive small to large deliverables, coordinate with teams, and respond to client requirements with considered solutions.

The role requires 6+ years of Workday hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Workday certification in one or more HCM modules is required or currently active
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4-year degree; master’s degree preferred but not mandatory
• 6+ years of relevant Workday hands-on experience
• Minimum of 3+ years across Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking domains
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills; client-facing experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

• All stages of the Workday project lifecycle from planning and design through testing and deployment
• Owns and leads small to large deliverables
• Manages self and team work to project scope, timeline, risk and budget
• Coordinates with others when applicable
• Listens to client requests, assesses needs, proposes alternatives and solutions
• Discusses lessons learned from client experience with clients
• Identify trouble spots for clients and recommend solutions
• Mentor and mentor resources and contribute to internal resource development
• Participates in building the UST Brand within the Workday ecosystem through groups and chats
• Utilizes strong presentation, communication, listening and consultative skills to guide discussions
