Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Digital Workflow, Automation & AI for the Private Assets Operations. This global, permanent role will drive automation strategy, governance and deployment standards across the estate, partnering with IT and Risk to ensure benefits are realised.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, execution of scalable solutions, and mentoring rotational colleagues while reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years experience in private assets or financial services.
• Delivery of automation, digital workflow or AI initiatives that were deployed and adopted.
• Technical knowledge of private assets processes.
• Understanding of workflow orchestration and control implications of automation.
• Leadership and supervisory experience of professionals, including rotational staff.
• Business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; professional accounting designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise automation, digital workflow and AI opportunities across the Private Assets estate.
• Determine the right approach for each opportunity — workflow, automation tooling or AI.
• Own deployment standards so solutions are reusable and supportable.
• Partner with IT and Transformation Office through build, deployment and support.
• Define how benefit will be measured before build starts and report on realised benefits.
• Establish governance and controls around automated and AI-assisted processes with Risk and Control Office.
• Coordinate with Tactical Operations on deployed automation and scale worthy solutions.
• Lead and mentor focus area resources, including rotational colleagues.
• Report progress, risks and benefits realisation to senior leaders.
