The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Senior Vice President, Digital Workflow, Automation & AI to lead the automation and AI agenda for Private Assets Operations. Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or a comparable financial services environment.
• Proven delivery of automation, digital workflow or AI initiatives.
• Strong technical knowledge of private assets processes.
• Understanding of workflow orchestration and control implications of automation.
• Commercial judgement on effort versus benefit.
• Strong leadership and supervision of rotational colleagues.
• Skilled in business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; professional accounting designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize automation, digital workflow and AI opportunities across the Private Assets estate.
• Determine the right approach for each opportunity and make the case for it.
• Own deployment standards so solutions are reusable and supportable.
• Partner with IT and the Transformation Office through build, deployment and support.
• Define how benefit will be measured before build starts, and report on realised benefits.
• Establish governance and controls around automated and AI-assisted processes with Risk and Control Office.
• Coordinate with Tactical Operations on automation already deployed and scale worthy solutions.
• Lead and mentor focus area resources, including rotational colleagues joining from the business.
• Report on progress, risks and benefits realisation to senior leaders.
