Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Digital Workflow, Automation & AI in its Global team anchored in strategic locations, including 12-month rotations. The role focuses on identifying, building and deploying automation and digital workflow solutions within Fund Administration and related asset services.

You will work with Operations, Transformation Office, IT and client teams to deliver scalable automation, measure benefits and ensure adoption globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations with exposure to automation or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Map candidate processes in detail and quantify the manual effort involved.
• Support the design of target workflows, including exception handling and controls.
• Draft requirements and supporting documentation for review with IT and the Transformation Office.
• Build and execute test scripts, run UAT cycles and track defects through to resolution.
• Support deployment into the business, including user guidance and training material.
• Track usage and benefit after go-live, and flag where a solution is not being used as intended.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting.
