Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Vice President for Digital Workflow, Automation & AI to lead automation and AI initiatives across Private Assets. You will determine what to automate, how to deploy it, and measure real benefits, while defining governance with Risk and the Control Office.

The role requires 12–15 years in private assets or similar financial services, with proven delivery of automation projects and strong leadership. Strong Excel/Office skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

12–15 years of experience in private assets or comparable financial services environment.
Proven delivery of automation, digital workflow or AI initiatives that were deployed and adopted.
Strong leadership and supervisory experience, including rotational colleagues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritise automation, digital workflow and AI opportunities across Private Assets.
Define governance and controls around automated and AI-assisted processes with Risk and Control Office.
Lead deployment standards to ensure reusable, scalable solutions.
Report progress, risks and benefits realisation to senior stakeholders.
