Job summary

Citco is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Digital Workflow, Automation & AI to drive automation initiatives within Global Strategic Operations. This permanent role or 12-month rotational assignment offers exposure across regions and clients.

You will identify, design and deploy digital workflow solutions, partnering with IT, Transformation Office and client teams to deliver measurable benefits and scalable processes in private assets accounting and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations, with exposure to automation or process improvement work.
• Solid technical knowledge of private assets processes and the manual steps within them.
• Exposure to automation tooling, workflow design or testing, or a clear appetite to develop in that direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map candidate processes in detail and quantify the manual effort involved.
• Support the design of target workflows, including exception handling and controls.
• Draft requirements and supporting documentation for review with IT and the Transformation Office.
• Build and execute test scripts, run UAT cycles and track defects through to resolution.
• Support deployment into the business, including user guidance and training material.
• Track usage and benefit after go-live, and flag where a solution is not being used as intended.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting.
