Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking an Assistant Travel Consultant to support management in coordinating comprehensive travel arrangements for clients, including pre- and post-cruise flights and hotel reservations. The role requires hands-on Sabre/GDS proficiency from day one.

You will prepare quotations, manage bookings, follow up with clients, and maintain accurate travel files, while handling multiple requests under tight deadlines. Onsite location in Ortigas with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Tourism, Hospitality or Business Admin.
• 5+ years hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Sabre.
• Experience handling flight, hotel, and ancillary reservations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client travel itineraries, including pre- and post-cruise flights and hotel reservations.
• Use Sabre/GDS to process, modify and finalize complex bookings.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations and admin docs for itineraries.
• Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and resolve inquiries.
• Support management and product teams with daily admin and booking tasks.
• Organize and update travel files and client documentation for data accuracy.
• Manage multiple requests with strict scheduling deadlines.
