Staff Domain, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Travel Consultant in Manila to coordinate complex itineraries, pre- and post-cruise arrangements, and create quotations.

You will use Sabre GDS for bookings, and support management with daily administrative tasks while ensuring exceptional client service. Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years of GDS experience, and strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple bookings and deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Sabre.
• Experience handling flight, hotel, and ancillary reservations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in travel management software, GDS platforms, and standard office tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate client travel itineraries, managing pre- and post-cruise flight and hotel reservations.
• Utilize Sabre GDS to process, modify, and finalize complex travel bookings.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and admin documentation for client itineraries.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to confirm travel details and resolve inquiries.
• Support management and products marketing teams with daily administrative and booking tasks.
• Organize and update travel files, booking records, and client documentation for data accuracy.
• Manage multiple concurrent client requests while meeting scheduling deadlines.
