Job summary

Concord is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own the UX roadmap for a major consumer-facing platform. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role guiding UX strategy, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery within Agile teams.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure UX work aligns with goals and is delivered efficiently. Remote, LATAM-friendly with US Central Time overlap.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Experience managing UX backlogs, prioritization, and roadmaps in Agile environments.
• Mentoring and leading designers within sprint-based teams.
• Strong background in e-commerce UX (B2C and B2B).
• Deep familiarity with Figma and modern design systems.
• Experience with UX research methods and A/B testing.
• Strong ability to translate insights into design direction.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and own the UX backlog for a designated brand.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate priorities and decisions to leadership and delivery teams.
• Support designers during sprint execution and unblock blockers.
• Conduct design reviews and ongoing feedback sessions.
