E-team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a seasoned UX Designer to lead the design of scalable, user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product strategy and solve complex user problems across discovery to implementation.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on UX delivery, with strong expertise in information architecture, usability, and design systems using Figma.
We are looking for a UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to define product strategies, solve complex user problems, and deliver high-quality experiences from discovery through implementation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on UX professional with strong expertise in User-Centered Design, UX principles, usability, information architecture, Figma, and design systems, along with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, and REST APIs.
Lead UX strategy and design initiatives for complex products and features from discovery through delivery.
Apply User-Centered Design methodologies to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Conduct and/or guide user research, interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and other discovery activities.
Translate complex requirements and research insights into clear user flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Own and evolve information architecture, navigation models, interaction patterns, and end-to-end user journeys.
Identify usability issues and develop innovative, practical solutions that improve user experience and business outcomes.
Create sophisticated prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Establish, maintain, and evolve design systems, reusable components, patterns, and UX standards.
Partner closely with product managers and senior stakeholders to influence product strategy and prioritize user needs.
Collaborate with engineers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure design feasibility, quality, and consistency.
Leverage knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to understand technical constraints and communicate effectively with front-end developers.
Understand REST APIs, data structures, and backend dependencies sufficiently to design realistic and technically feasible experiences.
Lead design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality across the team.
Mentor junior and mid-level designers and contribute to UX best practices and team standards.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, consistency, and user needs across the organization.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure the effectiveness of designs and continuously improve products.
5+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes and complex problem solving.
Advanced understanding of User-Centered Design, UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
Strong expertise in information architecture, user flows, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, prototyping, and design-system workflows.
Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems at scale.
Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence product decisions.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Good understanding of React and component-based front-end development.
Familiarity with REST APIs and how API-driven data affects product and UX decisions.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile or similar product development environment.
Strong problem-solving, presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills.
