• Extensive experience in UX research leadership and independent design decision-making.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex, end-to-end projects across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with MUI (Material UI) components is preferred.
• Nice to have: Experience mentoring or leading junior designers.
