Job summary

Hyre is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape the visual and conversion-focused side of our full-stack digital ecosystem. You will design landing pages, product pages, email templates, and web experiences for multiple brands, balancing aesthetics, usability, and performance.

You will work 100% remotely, during US business hours, with a fast-moving, collaborative team. Proficiency in Figma, AI-assisted workflows, and strong English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Figma, including auto-layouts, components, variables, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles, responsive layouts, conversion-focused design, and accessibility fundamentals.
• Comfort using modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve workflow efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and collaborates effectively using tools like Slack, ClickUp, Loom, and Google Workspace.
• Must have a dedicated, noise-free home office setup with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a backup power source.

Responsibilities

• Conversion-Focused Design: Design visually strong, user-friendly, and performance-optimized landing pages, product pages, email templates, and web experiences.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Create organized wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to align internal teams and simplify project execution.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows: Utilize modern AI tools to speed up research, ideation, layout exploration, and production workflows where appropriate.
• UX/UI Consistency: Maintain strong design standards across visual hierarchy, responsiveness, accessibility, and CRO best practices.
• Collaboration & Communication: Stay connected with the internal team through clear updates, feedback loops, and documentation across internal systems.
