Job summary

LeadVenture is seeking a Conversion-Focused UX/UI Designer to strengthen client website design and optimization through testing and iteration.

You'll work closely with clients, translate business needs into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and XD, while collaborating with developers to ensure faithful implementation and data-driven improvements. Strong communication in English is essential for effective client guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Figma and Adobe XD for modern UX/UI design.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and interaction design.
• Experience on client-facing projects and clear design storytelling.
• Ability to interpret data from testing and analytics to inform design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with remote-friendly collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand goals, user needs, and business objectives
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Create high-quality website designs and prototypes based on client requirements
• Iterate on designs using client and stakeholder feedback
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and UX
• Collaborate with Front-End Development to ensure accurate implementation
• Document design decisions clearly for stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
