Job summary

Ascentium Talent Solutions PH Inc. is seeking a senior UX/UI Design Leader to shape product experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will own design direction, build and govern a scalable design system, and partner with product and engineering to ship delightful, consistent interfaces. You will guide designers, conduct user research and usability testing, and advocate for accessibility and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX and UI design experience with ownership responsibility.
• Experience designing for SaaS products or digital platforms.
• Evidence of raising quality through mentoring, reviews, or standards.
• Expertise in Figma and fluency in modern design toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership and direction for the product line and ship quality UX.
• Own brand and design system, ensuring consistency across products.
• Contribute hands-on with wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI.
• Run UX strategy, usability testing, and evidence-based iterations.
• Define patterns for human and agent interaction across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment from design to deployment.
• Establish design governance and documentation for the system.
