LAdmins is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our HR consulting team, working remotely from the Philippines while coordinating with U.S. hiring managers. You will own full cycle recruiting for healthcare roles, ensure licensing and credentialing compliance, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will screen, verify credentials, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding, using ATS and VoIP for communications. Strong English and organized work style are essential.

Formación

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including hands-on experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare roles.
• Knowledge of healthcare licensing and credentialing (RN, LPN, CNA, BLS/ACLS) and how to verify them.
• Experience running full cycle recruiting and managing several requisitions simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, MS Office or Google Workspace, and VoIP tools for calls with the U.S.
• Strong screening and interviewing skills with focus on qualifications and fit.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to handle confidential information.

We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join an HR consulting firm that helps businesses and startups grow through workforce planning, talent acquisition and HR solutions. In this role, you’ll find and hire the clinical and healthcare talent our clients depend on. You’ll own full cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offers and the handoff to onboarding. You’ll make sure every candidate meets the licensing, credentialing and compliance standards the industry requires. You’ll also work closely with U.S. hiring managers every day, so strong communication, sound judgment and a steady, organized approach matter here.

What you’ll do

• Full Cycle Healthcare Recruiting: Manage hiring for assigned healthcare roles, such as nurses, allied health professionals and clinical support staff, from job posting through offer acceptance.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Find active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and direct outreach, and keep a steady pipeline for hard to fill and recurring roles.
• Screening & Credential Review: Run phone and video screens, assess clinical experience and fit, and verify licenses, certifications and other required credentials before candidates move forward.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, agree on selection criteria, schedule interviews and share clear, timely candidate recommendations.
• Offers, Compliance & Onboarding Handoff: Support offer recommendations, coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verification, and hand candidates off smoothly to HR for onboarding.
• Tracking & Reporting: Keep ATS records accurate and current, and report on pipeline status, time to fill and hiring trends.

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including hands on experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare roles (required).
