COMRISE Japan is seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter and Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for healthcare and non-healthcare roles in the United States. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of US recruitment experience, with initial onsite training for 6 months at UP Technohub, Quezon City, followed by a hybrid schedule.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter and Senior Recruiter (Non-Healthcare) to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for healthcare and non-healthcare positions across the United States. In this role, you will source, screen, and select top-tier clinical and healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with US industry standards while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Work Arrangement & Location

• Office Location: UP UP Technohub, Quezon City
• Working Model: Initial 6 months full-time onsite training and integration, transitioning to a Hybrid model (2–3 days onsite per week) thereafter.
• Work Type: 12 months contract w/ high chance of extension based on performance
• Work Schedule: Night shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for a variety of US positions (e.g., nursing, allied health, administrative healthcare roles, non-healthcare).
• Source passive and active candidates using specialized US job boards, databases, and professional networks.
• Conduct detailed phone screens to assess technical qualifications, clinical credentials, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate client/hiring manager interviews and manage candidates through the offer and onboarding pipeline.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of solid experience in US Healthcare recruitment OR 3 years of US recruitment experience for Senior Recruiter role

Skills & Knowledge

• Deep understanding of US healthcare terminology, certifications, and licensing requirements.
• Proven track record using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), US job portals, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite at UP Technohub for the first 6 months, and adapt to a hybrid schedule afterward, adhering to standard US night-shift hours.
