Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of U.S. payroll experience
• Leadership of multi-state payroll operations across weekly/biweekly cycles
• Experience with W-2 reporting and year-end processes
• Strong knowledge of FLSA and wage-hour regulations
• Ability to manage payroll configurations and GL impact

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies.
• Lead and coach payroll team members and manage workloads.
• Maintain payroll controls, approvals, audits, and data integrity.
• Coordinate payroll-to-GL reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll tax requirements.
• Oversee quarter-end and year-end payroll activities (Forms 941, W-2).
• Lead acquisitions/integrations payroll setup and testing.
• Develop and maintain payroll SOPs and internal controls.
