Job summary

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) seeks a Trainer for the JZGMSAT under TESDA Region IV-A. The incumbent will organize and deliver competency-based training, assess learners, and manage learning materials and facilities to maintain high-quality TVET instruction.

Education requires a Bachelor's Degree with NC II certification; no prior teaching experience is necessary. Strong MS Office skills and good communication are preferred to support a diverse learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Organizes training sessions by preparing session plan, instructional materials and learning tools.
• Delivers competency-based training, pre-assessments, monitors progress and records results.
• Develops competency-based learning materials and LMS content to improve instruction.
• Conducts competency assessments and ensures safety in training facilities.
• Supervises maintenance of training facilities and equipment.
• Implements quality standards and uses ICT in teaching.
