Job summary

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region IV-A invites applications for an instructional role at the JCAB Memorial School of Arts and Trades. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree, 1 year of relevant experience, 4 hours of relevant training plus NC II, and eligibility such as Career Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in TVET or related field.
• 4 hours of relevant training and NC II eligibility.
• Career Service Professional or any 2nd-level eligibility is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Organizes training sessions by preparing session plans, materials, and assessment tools.
• Delivers competency-based training following approved plans and matrices.
• Monitors learner progress and records performance in required documents.
• Maintains training facilities and safety standards.
• Utilizes ICT and LMS contents to enhance instruction.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
