Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead large-scale transition engagements across multiple workstreams and locations. You will partner with account teams, delivery, operations, and client leadership to ensure successful transitions, governance, and scalable solutions.

You will mentor Transition Managers, drive risk mitigation, manage change requests, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transition management, solutioning, or large-scale project delivery.
• Strong expertise in project and transition management methodologies.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream transitions across functions or geographies.
• Cross-tower and cross-delivery center experience required.
• Strong client and stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transition projects across multiple workstreams and delivery centers.
• Develop and manage integrated transition plans, governance structures, dependencies, and milestones.
• Drive transition execution aligned to contracts, budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Serve as the primary transition lead for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings and executive-level status reporting.
• Mentor Transition Managers and promote best practices.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and process improvements.
