Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Business Excellence/Transformation.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize transformation solutions for clients' retained and outsourced orgs.
• Create customer engaging end-to-end transformation solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of proposals with stakeholders.
• Accelerate digital, data-driven operations with innovative tech and domain expertise.
• Draw data and insights from client engagement and industry knowledge.
• Engage senior leadership on roadmaps, operating models, and value optimization.
• Anchor RFP responses and support solution walkthroughs during sales cycles.
• Engage clients on automation as a strategic enabler including RPA & cognition and ecosystem design.
