Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Retail, Consulting, or Transformation leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and managing executive stakeholders.
• Proven business development and sales leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail-focused business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive sales origination, pipeline development, and account growth.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
