Accenture in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Manager/Senior Manager to join its Platform Enablement capability. The role focuses on driving digital transformation through ERP/CRM enablement with SAP and Salesforce, guiding strategy and engagements for clients.

You will lead high-impact projects, shape transformation approaches, and contribute to thought leadership while mentoring teams and delivering value across engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in ERP/CRM with SAP or Salesforce.
• Leadership in delivering ERP/CRM solutions across digital transformation projects.
• Experience with large technology firms, consultancies, or hyperscalers preferred.
• Mentoring and growing high-performing consulting teams.
• Strong advisory capability to CXOs and senior executives.
• Ability to translate business processes into technology transformations.
• Experience designing transformation roadmaps and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to design, develop, and implement ERP/CRM solutions
• Define business cases, transformation roadmaps, and target operating models
• Advise CXOs on leveraging technology for innovation and efficiency
• Ideate and architect Agentic AI use cases and integrate into processes
• Stay ahead of AI/GenAI trends and translate into offerings
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, QA, Security, and Industry experts
• Contribute to business development via proposals, presentations, and RFPs
• Mentor junior team members and build platform enablement capability
• Represent the firm at industry forums and contribute to whitepapers and PoVs
