Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking a seasoned Training and Development professional to conduct needs assessments, design comprehensive learning programs, and deliver training across in-person, webinar, and e-learning formats. You will partner with SMEs and department managers to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

The role includes managing probationary periods, PDP documentation, ERP rewards, and conducting exit interviews with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Designs and conducts training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in delivering in-person, webinars, and e-learning formats.
• Familiarity with probationary periods, PDP forms, and ERP rewards processes.
• Experience conducting exit interviews and analyzing findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design learning programs with instructional materials and activities.
• Deliver trainings across multiple formats (in-person, webinars, e-learning) with SMEs and managers for content accuracy.
• Manage probationary periods and ensure documentation is complete, including PDP forms and ERP tracking.
