Job summary

Private & Confidential is seeking a Senior Corporate Trainer (Human Resources) on a contract basis to elevate workforce capability across Southeast Asia. The role requires extensive experience delivering both in-person and online training, with a focus on leadership development and consistent HR standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate training, HR development, or Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated expertise in virtual training delivery across in-person and online formats.
• Proven ability to lead regional or multi-country training initiatives in Southeast Asia.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, organizational behavior, and people-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, delivery and evaluation of regional training programs.
• Leadership and supervisory development across the region.
• HR compliance, policy and regulatory training.
• Customer service excellence and operational standards.
• Performance management, coaching and feedback culture.
• Change management and culture-building initiatives.
• Deliver high-impact online training using Zoom, Teams, or equivalent.
• Design virtual learning materials and online assessments.
• Conduct training needs analyses and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Facilitate workshops for frontline employees, supervisors, and senior managers.
• Provide coaching and advisory support to people managers on performance and communication.
• Partner with HR to establish a regional Learning & Development framework.
• Ensure training content adheres to governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness with post-training assessments and KPI outcomes.
• Support HR in driving culture, engagement and service-excellence programs across Southeast Asia.
