OurManager, People Development (Beauty), oversees learning programs to elevate beauty expertise across Look At Me, SM Beauty and Watsons Beauty brands, driving growth and aiming to be the authority in O+O beauty retail.

The role identifies capability gaps, designs training for skincare, haircare, cosmetics and fragrances, conducts Train the Trainer workshops, and partners with Digital Learning Solutions to deploy learning on Cornerstone.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying and analyzing capability gaps using assessments and developing coaching tools.
• Developing and implementing beauty training programs for skincare, haircare, cosmetics, fragrances, and emerging categories in collaboration with local and regional teams.
• Conducting Train the Trainer (T3) workshops for Beauty Advisors, Specialists and In-Store Trainers.
• Evaluating and reporting program achievements through training reports and updating programs with trends and strategies.
• Collaborating with People Development and Digital Learning Solutions to identify online learning paths on the organization's LMS (Cornerstone).

OurManager, People Development (Beauty), reporting to Senior Manager, People Development develops and implements learning and development programs to elevate and professionalize beauty expertise in current and new wave of Beauty To Be Famous For (TBFF) categories across retail brands (i.e Look At Me, SM Beauty, Watsons Beauty) to drive business growth and achieve the vision to become the authority in O+O beauty retail.

JOB ROLE

• Identifying and analyzing gaps thru administration of assessment tools and preparing relevant programs and coaching tools to address the gap in building capabilities for Beauty workforce
• Developing and implementing beauty training programsrequired by Beauty O+O retail brands (incl. but not limitedto Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Trending/emerging beauty categories and products) thruresearch and regular consultations with stakeholders/Beauty Trading and Brand team (i.e., local, regional)
• Conducting regular Train the Trainer (T3) beauty workshops and refreshers for Beauty Advisors, Specialists and In-Store Trainers.
• Regularly evaluating and reporting programaccomplishments thru training and evaluation reports,and constantly updating programs based on latest beautytrends and commercial strategies
• Collaborating with People Development and Digital Learning Solutions on spotting appropriate online learningsolutions to further professionalize the beauty workforceusing the organization’s learning experience platform/HRMS/ Talent Management System (i.e., Cornerstone)
