Qualifications

• Experience supporting trading operations activities, including order execution support and/or trade settlement processing
• Working knowledge of trade lifecycle concepts and operational controls
• Ability to apply automation tools or technology solutions to improve workflows
• Ability to analyze operational data and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills across teams

Responsibilities

• Process and validate trade orders to support accurate and timely downstream processing in back-office systems
• Perform end-to-end trade processing support, including settlements, confirmations, and profit and loss support activities
• Investigate breaks and exceptions, document findings, and escalate issues to reduce operational risk
• Support change management activities, including testing, communications, and transition support
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using data and operational feedback
