Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in trade operations, financial services operations, or a closely related role.
• Experience using trade processing and settlement platforms or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and resolve exceptions using structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate, document, and resolve breaks or discrepancies within agreed timelines.
• Execute trade processing activities to support accurate and timely settlement across instruments.
• Monitor trade flows and identify, escalate, and remediate issues impacting settlement.
• Maintain accurate trade records and audit-ready documentation practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
