Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines seeks a Trade and Working Capital - Payments & Loans Analyst to process and authorize trade finance transactions, manage exceptions, and support risk controls. Qualifications

• 5 years of trade work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of United States regulations and OFAC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and review trade finance transactions in line with internal policies and applicable international rules.
• Monitor transaction queues, prioritize work, and allocate items to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
• Follow up on pending items and ensure deliverables meet agreed service standards.
• Identify red flags and potential regulatory or compliance concerns and elevate for review.
• Adopt best practices by partnering with other transaction teams to support timely delivery.
• Escalate service-impacting issues promptly and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and partners across sales, service, and product to support smooth execution.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve exceptions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts to support end-to-end process integrity.
• Research and resolve issues through detailed investigation.
• Participate in new projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
