Job summary

Mercer in Manila is seeking a talented HR consultant for the Career Products Team, based in BGC, Taguig. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly and focuses on delivering Total Remuneration and Benefits surveys, client engagement, and revenue growth across the Career portfolio.

You will support consulting projects on compensation design, benefits benchmarking, incentive design, and market trend analysis, collaborating with clients, operations, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR consulting, total rewards or related discipline.
• Strong experience delivering compensation or workforce strategy projects.
• Experience in business development or sales within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience carrying revenue targets and supporting or closing new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and translate discussions into revenue-generating engagements.
• Proven ability to manage consulting deliverables independently under tight timelines.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling survey or market data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage industry surveys and coordinate with regional teams.
• Present survey results and train clients on the WIN tool.
• Build rapport with existing and prospective clients and ensure high-quality services.
• Identify cross-LOB opportunities and upsell Mercer products.
• Support senior consultants on compensation, benefits and project work.
• Contribute to the Career revenue targets.
