Job summary

Mercer is seeking a Talent & Transformation Consultant focused on Learning Solutions in Manila, Philippines. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and targets growth for Marsh HR Academy and Learning Solutions across client engagements.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in HR consulting, deep experience in learning and development, workforce transformation, and stakeholder engagement, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of HR consulting experience across learning and development, workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organisational development, skills and capabilities, employee experience or culture.
• Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to shape solutions around client needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Marsh HR Academy and Learning Solutions business across public workshops and in-house learning offerings.
• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to support revenue targets and business growth.
• Develop practical solutions for learning, upskilling, reskilling and broader talent and transformation challenges.
• Lead business development activity, including lead generation, prospect engagement, pipeline development and proposal shaping.
• Support client opportunities through solution design, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Lead and support consulting engagements, from problem definition through to delivery approach and solution execution.
• Manage projects to time, quality and budget, while building capability within project teams.
• Facilitate client meetings, present medium to high complexity content and act as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to market presence through trend sharing, pulse surveys, networking and industry engagement.
