Job summary

Marsh Philippines in Manila seeks a talented professional to join our Workforce and Rewards team. The role focuses on expanding business by managing Rewards projects, delivering client-ready solutions, and driving revenue through strategic proposals and opportunities.

You will work closely with regional leaders to develop and implement rewards for Mercer clients while supporting sales activities and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR and/or Consulting (Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework).
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Masterful communication skills that captivate and clarify, ensuring messages are both engaging and effectively delivered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver Rewards projects with support from the Business Leader, Consulting Leader, and regional experts.
• Deliver group presentations and help develop new opportunities by introducing services and products to drive revenue.
• Manage rewards and performance management projects, including compensation survey management on technical aspects by delivering advice or recommendations to ensure effective client responses and project efficiency.
• Manage sales targets by pursuing leads, actively managing opportunities, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, and leading opportunity meetings with clients.
• Contribute 10%-15% to the Career revenue target.
