Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR consulting experience across learning, transformation, talent management, or organisational development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to shape client solutions.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with project management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the Mercer HR Academy and Learning Solutions business through workshops and in-house offerings.
• Partner with sales and colleagues to support revenue targets and growth.
• Develop practical solutions for learning, upskilling, reskilling and talent transformation.
• Lead business development, including lead generation and pipeline development.
• Support client opportunities via solution design and upselling.
• Lead and support consulting engagements from problem definition to delivery.
• Manage projects to time, quality and budget, building team capability.
• Facilitate client meetings and present complex content as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to market presence via trend sharing and industry networking.
