Key activities include annual performance and compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and analysis of pay distribution while ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• 3–5 years' experience as an Analyst (Finance/ Compensation & Benefits/ HR consulting).
• Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms to manage compensation, performance and rewards (e.g., Workday).
• Advanced proficiency with Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); PowerBI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews, including planning, implementation and administration of annual processes.
• Population verification and coordinating with Supervisors/Managers to ensure pay-for-performance alignment.
• Conduct complex studies and analysis for Philippines or assigned countries/service lines (HR reporting, market surveys, job evaluations, benchmarking).
• Research market trends and regulatory changes; conduct internal/external research for management review to support compliance.
• Review and update employee benefits based on industry trends; advise on changes to benefits/policies.
• Assist in planning, pricing, implementing and administering employee annual and off-cycle compensation reviews and increases.
