Job summary

RELX INC in Manila is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support performance and total rewards programs, advising on compensation policies and practices to attract and retain talent. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• 3–5 years' experience as an Analyst (Finance/ Compensation & Benefits/ HR consulting).
• Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms to manage compensation, performance and rewards (e.g., Workday).
• Advanced proficiency with Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); PowerBI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews, including planning, implementation and administration of annual processes.
• Population verification and coordinating with Supervisors/Managers to ensure pay-for-performance alignment.
• Conduct complex studies and analysis for Philippines or assigned countries/service lines (HR reporting, market surveys, job evaluations, benchmarking).
• Research market trends and regulatory changes; conduct internal/external research for management review to support compliance.
• Review and update employee benefits based on industry trends; advise on changes to benefits/policies.
• Assist in planning, pricing, implementing and administering employee annual and off-cycle compensation reviews and increases.

Job SummarySenior Benefits Analyst key role is supporting the Performance & Total Reward Programs (planning and implementation). The role is required to advise, develop and deliver relevant, innovative and consistent performance and total rewards programs, processes and solutions to support the attraction, retention and motivation of an engaged workforce. The Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst will also be responsible in helping to support the business by assisting in planning, designing, implementing and communicating compensation policies and practices aimed at enabling RELX to bring in the best talent to drive business performance. Leveraging curiosity to analyze data and come up with creative solutions, this role sets the foundation and support our complex growing business.

Accountabilities:

• Support the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews including the planning, implementation and administration of the annual processes, assisting in population verification, working with Supervisors and managers to ensure pay for performance and analysis of distribution and year-end spend/budgeting.
• Knowledgeable with C&B related processes; evaluating issues and providing problem resolution
• Conduct complex studies and analysis for Philippines or assigned countries or service lines, such as HR reporting, preparing and reviewing market survey submissions, job evaluations, benchmarking exercises;
• Research emerging market trends and changes in the regulatory environment; conduct external and internal research and summarize results for management review to support compliance work;
• Research employee benefits in similar industries and advise on changes/updates to the company’s existing benefits or policies
• Assesses market-relevant compensation by participating in the planning, pricing, implementation and administration of employee annual and off-cycle compensation reviews and increases. Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for appropriateness.
• Support the preparation of C&B proposals and assist country HR teams with data analytics for HR Planning as it relates to people costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• 3 - 5 years' experience as an Analyst (either in a finance field or Compensation & Benefits or HR Consulting);
• Hands-on experience with HR Technology platforms to manage compensation, performance and reward activities including Workday, Advanced proficiency with Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint; PowerBI, etc.
• Strong data mining, analytical skills, and proficiency in use of spreadsheets required (from advanced data analysis to manipulation)
• Proactive approach. Able to prioritize well with attention to detail and operates well in a changing environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
