Job summary

RELX is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support Performance and Total Reward programs, advising on innovative compensation strategies and reward solutions. You will help design and implement compensation policies to attract and retain talent while driving business performance.

Leverage data analytics, HR technology, and market research to support country HR teams. You will contribute to annual reviews, budgets, and program enhancements within a complex, growing organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years’ experience as an Analyst (finance/Compensation & Benefits/HR consulting).
Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms to manage compensation, performance and rewards (e.g., Workday).
Proficient with Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (PowerBI).
Strong data mining, analytical skills and spreadsheet proficiency.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of annual Performance and Compensation Reviews and related budgeting processes.
Conduct complex studies and analyses for PH and assigned countries/service lines; HR reporting and market benchmarking.
Research market trends and regulatory changes; summarize results for management review.
Research employee benefits in similar industries and advise on changes to existing policies.
Assist in planning, pricing, implementing and communicating compensation policies and practices.
