Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a global org.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing of jobs using compensation surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Participate in annual and ad-hoc compensation surveys.
• Conduct salary and benefits market intelligence for local and targeted markets.
• Analyze survey data and internal compensation data to develop salary structures and pay adjustments.
• Support annual compensation planning from design to communication and execution.
• Assist with job evaluation and leveling to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses for business needs.
