Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior People Rewards Analyst to leverage data and analytics for designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs. You will analyze market data, support surveys, and ensure compliance while influencing total rewards strategy across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with People Operations and stakeholders, lead or contribute to projects, and deliver training on total rewards topics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant quantitative field or HR-related discipline.
3–5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a global org.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing of jobs using surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Participate in annual and ad-hoc compensation surveys.
Analyze survey data and internal compensation data to recommend salary structures and pay ranges.
Support annual compensation planning including merit increases and bonus programs from design to communication.
Assist with job evaluation and leveling to ensure consistency.
Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses for business needs and inquiries.
