Job summary

DOXA Talent is seeking a Tier 3 Helpdesk Support to resolve complex Windows, Mac, and Linux issues, manage network and server problems, and mentor junior staff. The role is remote within the Philippines, requiring advanced English and PST/Philippine time alignment.

The ideal candidate will handle Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/Exchange Online, MFA, SSO, and hybrid identity, while delivering service levels above 90% customer satisfaction. Full-time employment with US-friendly hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Highest-level Help Desk escalation resource for complex user/workstation/application/connectivity issues.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS).
• Support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, licensing, MFA, mailbox issues, and access troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of customer issues with satisfaction above 90%.
• Troubleshoot workstations, servers, networks, and software without predefined scripts.
• Onboard new users and configure workstations/software.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktops/servers.
• Field support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system and document all requests.
• Manage network/server issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP) and monitor systems.
• Support IT projects and mentor junior team members.
