Job summary

eClerx in the Philippines is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 remote support for US-based client facilities. The role emphasizes hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune from day one.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID, and Intune from day one.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP basics.
• Excellent English communication for US-based users.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows endpoints remotely without physical access.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 remote technical support via phone and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints and enroll/manage devices in Intune.
• Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration tasks (mailboxes, licenses, groups).
• Manage Entra ID user and group management, password resets, MFA resets.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access changes.
• Address Teams and SharePoint access issues and permission problems.
• Monitor queues and escalate as needed to higher tiers.
• Maintain knowledge base and SOPs for recurring procedures.
