Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical sales roles.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains including Networking, Security, Cloud, Collaboration, and AI.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and to lead demonstrations and workshops.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account teams to develop and execute customer account strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions leveraging Cisco’s portfolio.
