Job summary

xFusion in the Philippines seeks an experienced data center server engineer to support end-to-end infrastructure projects, including deployment, racking, cabling, and configuration. You will install and troubleshoot server hardware, collaborate with engineers for timely delivery, and assist in product rollouts.

The role requires 3–5 years in data centers, knowledge of Linux/Windows, VMware, and networking, plus strong communication and independent work habits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years’ data center experience.
• Strong skills in server hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server, VMware, and basic networking.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
