Job summary

Stampede Philippines Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to ensure reliable delivery of technical services and drive performance across software and infrastructure.

The role covers Windows Server, VMware, Hyper‑V, and other virtualization platforms, plus security and compliance roadmaps. You will maintain and monitor systems, support servers and network devices, and coordinate infrastructure design across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Internet routing, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and WAN.
• Experience with Linux, SQL, and Microsoft Visio for infrastructure design and documentation.
• Experience with firewalls, NSGs, Application Gateway, auto scaling and load balancers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
• Understanding of network security concepts in converged networks.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Unix, Solaris, and AIX.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience deploying endpoint security solutions (AV, DLP, EDR) is desirable.

About the role

This role involves ensuring reliable delivery of technical services and driving performance and reliability across software and infrastructure. You will provide preventative support and integration activities within Windows Server environments, VMware, Hyper‑V, VirtualBox, Proxmox, and other virtualization platforms, while supporting the design, deployment, and maintenance of complex systems supporting business‑critical customer environments. You will act as a technical resource and advocate for reliable infrastructure and engineering practices, and develop and manage the company's IT security and compliance roadmap.

About you

• Proficiency in Linux, SQL, and Microsoft Visio for infrastructure design and documentation
• Experience with firewalls, NSGs, Application Gateway, Auto Scaling, and Load Balancers
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical skills
• Good understanding of network security concepts and experience supporting converged network environments
• Working knowledge of operating systems including Windows Server, Linux, Unix, Solaris, and AIX
• Knowledge or experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience deploying or supporting endpoint security solutions such as Antivirus (AV), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) is highly desirable
