Job summary

SLI Consulting Inc. in Makati seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery across eInvoicing, CAS and PRISM initiatives. You will produce functional specs, support testing, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and help manage risk, changes, and post-deployment support.

The role requires strong BA skills, ability to translate requirements into FSD/RTM, and familiarity with regulatory, financial services, or accounting-related projects.

Qualifications

Job description

I. Job Description

• Support BRSQMD in the eInvoicing, CAS, and PRISM projects by performing end-to-end BA work: requirements analysis, FSD preparation, stakeholder coordination, SIT/UAT support, risk/change coordination, implementation readiness, post-deployment support, and PRISM policy lifecycle process analysis spanning lead acquisition, quotation, servicing, collections, claims monitoring, accounting integration, and reporting.

• Knowledgeable at CAS (Client Accounting System) and AMLA (Anti- Money Laundering Act)

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Translate approved requirements into clear functional specifications.

• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, project leads, Project User Representatives, and vendors.

• Support SIT/UAT test scripts, defect clarification, validation, and sign-off.

• Assist in risk, issue, change, implementation, rollback, training, and post-deployment support.

II. Skills Required

• Strategic business-to-technology translator with strong technical BA skills; able to analyze needs, convert requirements into clear FSD/RTM, bridge business, IT and vendors, assess impact/feasibility, manage risks/changes, and support SIT/UAT readiness. Preferred: finance, regulatory, eInvoicing, CAS, brokerage, policy lifecycle, collections, claims, accounting integration, or management/regulatory reporting projects.
