Job summary

We Support Incorporated seeks a Strategic Business-to-Technology Translator with strong Technical BA skills to analyze business needs and translate them into clear Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).

You will bridge Business, IT, and external vendors, assess business impact and feasibility, and support SIT and UAT planning and readiness for diverse finance and regulatory projects.

Qualifications

• Strong technical business analyst skills with ability to translate business needs into clear specifications.
• Experience in creating functional specification documents (FSD) and requirements traceability matrices (RTM).
• Ability to bridge Business, IT, and external vendors and assess feasibility and risk.

Responsibilities
