Job summary

WeSupport, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support BRSQMD in eInvoicing, CAS, and PRISM projects, performing end-to-end BA work from requirements gathering to post-deployment support and policy lifecycle analysis across lead acquisition, quotation, servicing, collections, and reporting.

The role requires translating business needs into clear Functional Specifications and RTMs, coordinating with business users, IT teams, project leads, and vendors, and supporting SIT/UAT planning,

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic BA translating business needs into technology solutions
• Strong technical BA skills across complex projects
• Able to translate business needs into clear Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
• Effectively bridges Business, IT, and external vendors
• Experienced in assessing business impact, technical feasibility, and solution options
• Supports SIT and UAT planning and readiness

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate approved requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, project leads, Project User Representatives, and vendors.
• Support SIT/UAT test scripts, defect clarification, validation, and sign-off.
• Assist in risk, issue, change, implementation, rollback, training, and post-deployment support.
